3. Account Registration & ResponsibilitiesTo register for an account and access the Krooz-TV network, you must:Be at least 18 years of age.Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account login credentials.Notify Krooz-TV immediately upon detecting any unauthorized account usage or security breach.Subscription plans are strictly intended for personal, non-commercial use. Account sharing or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited, as it compromises server stability and account security. Krooz-TV is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account activity.

Payment Policy page. By subscribing, you authorize Krooz-TV to bill your selected payment method for the corresponding plan fee.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy All payments made for active Krooz-TV IPTV subscriptions are non-refundable once the activation codes or account credentials have been successfully generated and sent to the user. However, you can cancel your subscription renewals at any time via your customer dashboard or by reaching out directly to our customer support team.
6. License & Usage Restrictions Upon purchasing a Krooz-TV subscription, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view our streaming content.
You are strictly prohibited from: Sharing, renting, or reselling your login credentials or line allocation. Recording, ripping, redistributing, or modifying any content streamed via Krooz-TV.Using our digital infrastructure for commercial exhibition or illegal re-streaming. Any violation of these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
7. Content Availability & QualityKrooz-TV sources channels and video-on-demand content through reliable, high-performance third-party networks. While we continuously strive for a 99.9% uptime experience, channel availability and streaming quality (4K, FHD, HD) may fluctuate based on geographic region, localized internet service provider (ISP) throttling, and server maintenance. We regularly update our channel list to optimize performance and replace broken links.
8. Device CompatibilityOur infrastructure is built to support a versatile digital ecosystem. Users can stream our content using major platforms and applications, including:
Operating Systems: Android, iOS, Windows, macOS.
Hardware: Amazon Firestick / Fire TV, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.), MAG Box, and Formuler.
Third-Party Players: TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, and GSE Smart IPTV.

9. Service Termination Krooz-TV reserves the absolute right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate user access to the Service, without prior warning or liability, for reasons including but not limited to: A breach or violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious payment activity. Misuse or targeted disruption of our streaming servers. Exceeding your plan's maximum allowed simultaneous device connections. Accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms are explicitly ineligible for a refund.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krooz-TV and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:Local buffering delays, network lag, or disconnects caused by your internet service provider (ISP) or poor bandwidth.Temporary service interruptions arising from critical third-party server maintenance, software updates, or force majeure events. Software bugs or hardware compatibility issues stemming from unsupported or outdated devices. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Users acknowledge and agree that they use the streaming platform entirely at their own risk.
11. Legal Disclaimer Krooz-TV acts solely as an independent digital service provider facilitating access to publicly available internet media streams. We do not host, store, manage, or own any copyrighted media files on our servers. It is the sole legal responsibility of the end-user to ensure their streaming habits comply with the intellectual property laws, copyright frameworks, and legal regulations of their respective countries.
12. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. In the event of a significant policy change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email broadcasts or through prominent announcements on our website. Your continued use of the Krooz-TV platform following the publication of updates constitutes complete acceptance of the revised Terms.
